HLA AAP 2012

AAP Dinner this years is somewhat different from last two years, but the after-dinner sessions were a lot more better than last two years! Well spent.

Saw her achievement from driving a Wira, to Honda Accord, and now, driving Audi A4. Very impress with her achievements. I know she have put a lot of effort. Wish i could be like her! 

#6 Mandy Loo.
Newly promoted Unit Manager. One of the yougest female Unit Manager in HLA.
Her changes from an ordinary girl who worked in Topshop is now leading a team of her own. Impressive!

#7 Boyee. Young and pretty lady!
Love talking to her. I love how passionate she is towards this career.
Talking to her will definitely motivate me!

#8 Nicholas Tan
You wouldn't wanna know how old is he. He is only a year older than me! One of the Unit Manager in HLA having two Unit Managers with him too and got an Alphard @ the age of 23. Impressive!

Both are from Perdana Centre, we are the Potential Unit Managers for this 2012/2013 in Perdana Centre :D

Knew her from PUM class, and also MDRT for year 2013. Congratulations!

Always called me by my full name :/ Love his expression. He looks blur, but he is a smart guy!

He don't save numbers on his phone. Guess why! He can memorize all of his contacts. My god!

I think I got closer with him by the drinking sessions organized :/ Got to know him in HLA AAP last year. How time flies! :D

Ken was producer from Red.fm, he was Emily's secondary classmate, joined Emily this year because he saw the changes in Emily. Go and drink @ his pub @ Studio 86 @ Scott Garden!

Jane and I are the PUM of EW's Unit, together, we must support Ernest to achieve his MDA by Nov, and support Ernest for bringing in more recruits! Recruitment is the key to success!

This crazy people can really drink every day. EVERY DAY. Yes, every day. Once i receive calls from them, yes, i know there must be plans going on. They accompanied me a lot especially when i am down. They will just ask me to drink, and i sat there not talking and they won't bother me <3 br="br">

Not forgetting about this pretty lady with successful career in OTS, leading severals UMs together. She is only 29, and have achieved so much, so much. Owning a Panamera, house  in Desapark City. Amazing!

Guess what, I didn't know her real name until now. She can drink like EVERY DAY. OMG.

Each leaders have their own leadership. We've got used to three different leadership. See Eddie grow from an agent to now, an Agency Manager in just a few years time. That's how OTS system work!

Sometimes i do ask myself, is this the career i want to be in? The answer, is still a YES.
People may be spending 10 years time to prepare his capital, to venture into the business(well, lets assume he is just an ordinary person.).

Here, i use less than that, 4 years? 5 years? and my investment is my TIME, and things i buy for myself. Along the way, till now, i would say, I am still learning. After the sales skills, i am now learning leadership skills. With a team of 4/5 people and a team of 23 people are different.

How are you going to create a system, that work for all? This is a platform for you to earn a million in less than 10 years time, provided that you are willing to work and the amount of effort you put in. It is an opportunity.

IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY.

I am proud of him and glad for him. Remembered when he first joined into insurance industry, every time he mentioned about insurance during dinner time, I will definitely ignore him and felt annoying. And i admit that i did tease about him for joining insurance.

But hey, guess what! The system is working. A 28 year-old man who joined insurance industry for 2 years, 3rd year, he is a Unit Manager. I see transformation in him, a leader who strive for the best for his team and himself. It is not easy, but it is not impossible either.

AND! Other than that, I know i can drive a C class now when he is not around! Muaahhahah :p

Come back to a more recent occasion. Annie's sister - Winnie got married!

We girls were the ji muis for her morning session and dinner session was wonderful with the girls.

It all started with multiple self-shots and bitch shots during dinner :D

Attending wedding dinners, it caught me to think of marriage. I.. definitely not ready for marriage. Still got a lot to pursue in my career. Financial wise and achievement wise. And with Nate around, i am for sure that I am not ready for a kid. Well, I am only 22 this year, I wonder.. will my thinking change few years later? :D

As time goes by, being exposed to more and more different people. Knowing and joining a lot of different group of friends. I realized that, not all people are able to mix together. Which also means, if you have already found your group of close friends, hold it tight. Of course, you will definitely find another group of close friends, but trust me, it will not be the same anymore.

Her 21st birthday!

Consecutive crazy nights of drinking for my birthday almost got me killed.

Three days with three different bunch of friends!

First night was with the colleagues. They have made it so secretive and i was overwhelmed with insecurity. I didn't know where i'll be heading for the celebration till one or two days before. I didn't know who will be there until few minutes after i reached in Luna Bar!

Thanks to Mun Hoong for buying the cupcakes for me but was too tipsy to remember to take it home. hehe.

Two surprises that night! Another awesome night. Gosh am so thankful!

I am so blessed with so many friends around me who willing to spend their time and effort for my birthday!

First surprised was once i was out of the ladies, the man seems like wanted to tell me something. I was trying my best to concentrate on what he was telling me, then, the birthday song played! And this lovely cake appeared! Tears rolling in my eyes. It was shooo unexpected!

Second round, we headed to sing k. and when it was 12sharp, the girls asked me out and i knew there is something wrong! I know they are going to give me another surprise. but i never expect that it was a longchamp that i asked for many many months ago! OMG. so sweet!!

Two last things that have made my 21st birthday nothing more but a perfect one.

Have you noticed that my braces are off my teeth? :D It has been for almost two years! And managed to take it off just few days before my birthday.

Next it was the iPad! I finally got my ipad! A free one. It was a challenge threw by Emily and i qualified for the challenge. So basically, it's a gift! :D

Shoooooooooooo many to update! :D

This post will be a mixtures of several occasions this few months.

First, lets talked about our group being featured in Nan Yang Newspaper in.. Sept? :D

Hell yeah, so spot me! :D

First time buying such expensive bras. But it is all worth it! Yes, Ennis and I headed to Parkson one random day after our appointment :D One of the benefit of doing sales!

My face is shooo chubby already :(

And i know you guys miss Nate so am posting his photo :D

I love spontaneous plans! But it can't be happening too often on me. Booo!

Anyhow! This is worth mentioning. One random Saturday, Jas and I were having dinner together with Nic, Ed and Viona @ Nando's, OUG Plaza.

If am not mistaken, it's Viona Foo's idea of going to SS2 for desserts. So there we go! And while we were on our way to SS2, we called up Hou Yin they all as well. And guess what!

I don't know who again suggested to go Genting.

And yes, here we are @ Genting. I love it! :D But i was wearing sleeveless shirt and it was dead cold there :(

Felt so blessed when i see Hou Yin, Adeline and Howard came and i borrowed Howard's jacket! HOHO :D It kept me warm! And nice knowing them. Basically we just chilled in Starbucks chit chatting and the guys are playing cards.

About 5ish i guess, we headed down to Gohtong Jaya for breakfast and reach KL at bout 7am.

Daddy's birthday ♥

Lily bought cupcakes from Wondermilk and that night, after our dinner @ Hau Kee, Cheras, we backed home and had this little cake blowing session w dad :D

Week after on a Friday, we headed to Holiday Villa Hotel in Subang for buffet dim sum and sushis Ryan purchased from Groupon. Haha, we took freaking a lot! Totally worth the price i guess :D

Know what's the hittest drinking place in Cheras?
ICE COLD BIER! It's located at.. same row as the Cheers Palace.

Best moment was when drinking beers, wearing slippers and chatting w brothers or friends w some music playing :D Not to forget about the ambiance and location of course! :D

Am actually halfway doing my Comm Law assignment. Although it is only 1.5K words, but hey, lots of readings to do :(

And few days ago, i think i just broke my record of sleeping only one and half hour for 2 days! HELL YEAHHHH! Guess what! For assignment. Hahaha :D
