A leader MUST have a family?

Hello people! :D
It's already Wednesday. Three more days till CNY! Am feeling very excited :D

Classes still on this week. Then, next week we'll have one week break for CNY. Wonderpourrll!
Well, attended Malaysian Studies class this morning. We had discussion about the qualifier of a leader of a country(M'sia) should have. 5 points are needed. Our group got only 1.5/5%. It's VERY LOW. Of course am not satisfied with it but i hold my horses and listen to her explanation and all. Guess we deserve the marks because we're not specific enough (:

I totally disagree with one point she made. She said, a leader MUST HAVE a family(married).

She said, a person is single maybe because of his/her attitude problem. Well, there is a possibility on this. She said, a person who is not married, don't know how to share! I doubt about this. Even though a person don't have a partner. They still have parents wad! Their parents ain't their family?

She even said, a woman is not complete if she is not a mother. What about those who couldn't give birth?

I totally agree IF she says that a leader who is married would add points to the leader's personality and/or image. but, a married man/woman doesn't necessary make a good husband/wife. Being single have no wrong. Single person don't know how to share? Singles cannot be a leader?

What do you think?

She also said that the relationship between a couple who are staying together are sex partners. I Disagree. Sex partners don't need to make so much effort to stay together. Staying together is not easy especially when you have to get used to each others' habits and all. Why would sex partners wana trouble themselves? Just call and say wana have sex lar. Now thats sex partners!

(:

i agree with you.. leaders dont necessarily need to get married.. it can be because they are too busy to be thinking of love life.. that's all.. =)
