Each leaders have their own leadership. We've got used to three different leadership. See Eddie grow from an agent to now, an Agency Manager in just a few years time. That's how OTS system work!
Sometimes i do ask myself, is this the career i want to be in? The answer, is still a YES.
People may be spending 10 years time to prepare his capital, to venture into the business(well, lets assume he is just an ordinary person.).
Here, i use less than that, 4 years? 5 years? and my investment is my TIME, and things i buy for myself. Along the way, till now, i would say, I am still learning. After the sales skills, i am now learning leadership skills. With a team of 4/5 people and a team of 23 people are different.
How are you going to create a system, that work for all? This is a platform for you to earn a million in less than 10 years time, provided that you are willing to work and the amount of effort you put in. It is an opportunity.
