Attended HLA Gala Dinner for three times. This is the first time I am receiving awards.
Recognition do mean something to me. Along the way, people have many noises towards the industry you are in. People may not understand why would you put so much time and effort in it. But by the end of the day, look at the result. It is satisfying.

If you can notice, along the years, I am with different people at the same occasion. People come and goes. The one who stay, the one who wins.

This isn't an easy industry to be in. Also, that is the reason why people in insurance industry could earn more. Because what we experience is tougher than ordinary work. We deal with human relationship. A business without basic. How are you going to make your team with teamwork, the togetherness?
How firm can you stand with all the discouragements and failures?
How confidence can you be for not doubting your ability?
Do you see yourself as a cat or a lion?
It is not easy, but it is not impossible.
